1. ABOUT SELECT SCENT STUDIO

Select Scent Studio is an independent fragrance decant retailer offering customers an opportunity to experience fragrances in smaller quantities before purchasing full-size bottles.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Select Scent Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by the fragrance brands, manufacturers, designers, or trademark owners whose products may be referenced on our website.

Brand names and trademarks are used solely to identify and describe the original fragrances being decanted or referenced.

2. FRAGRANCE DECANTS

Select Scent Studio offers fragrance decants in various sizes, including 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml, depending on availability.

A decant is fragrance transferred from an original fragrance bottle into a separate, smaller atomizer or sample container.

Unless otherwise specifically stated on a product page, decants sold by Select Scent Studio are independently prepared and packaged by Select Scent Studio and are not manufacturer-produced samples or travel sprays.

The decant bottle, atomizer, label, and packaging are supplied by Select Scent Studio and are not original manufacturer packaging.

3. PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY

Select Scent Studio is committed to offering authentic fragrances. We source products from suppliers and retailers we believe to be reputable.

We do not knowingly purchase, distribute, or sell counterfeit fragrances. Products used to prepare our decants are obtained as original branded fragrances and are transferred into Select Scent Studio's own decant containers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Select Scent Studio is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by the fragrance brands, manufacturers, designers, or trademark owners referenced on this website.

Brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product names, descriptions, fragrance notes, photographs, sizes, prices, and other information.

Fragrance notes, performance, projection, longevity, seasonality, and similar descriptions are provided for informational purposes and may include manufacturer information, commonly reported fragrance characteristics, and our own descriptions.

Fragrance perception and performance vary from person to person. We therefore do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell or perform in a particular way for every customer.

Product photographs may include original manufacturer bottles for identification or promotional purposes. Unless a listing specifically states that a full bottle or manufacturer-packaged product is being sold, customers purchasing a decant will receive the selected quantity in Select Scent Studio decant packaging.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

Because decants are prepared from a limited quantity of fragrance, a product or particular decant size may become unavailable without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, change available sizes, limit quantities, or refuse quantities that exceed available inventory.

6. PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed and accepted.

Sales, discount codes, promotional offers, free-shipping offers, and other promotions may be subject to additional conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

7. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, or inability to fulfill an order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing or fulfillment.

Once a fragrance has been transferred into a decant specifically for an order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

9. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped according to the shipping options and terms shown during checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER ISSUES

Because fragrance decants are transferred and packaged for individual orders and are personal-use products, return eligibility may be limited.

Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged items, incorrect items, missing items, and other order issues are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Customers should inspect their orders promptly after delivery and contact Select Scent Studio as soon as possible if there is a problem.

11. FRAGRANCE VARIATIONS

Minor differences may occur between fragrance batches, production years, reformulations, storage conditions, and manufacturer packaging.

The color of a fragrance may also vary naturally over time or between batches.

These variations do not necessarily indicate that a fragrance is defective or inauthentic.

12. PERSONAL USE AND SENSITIVITIES

Fragrances contain aromatic ingredients and other materials that may cause irritation or sensitivity in some individuals.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their personal use. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Product descriptions and information provided by Select Scent Studio are not medical advice.

Fragrances should be used as intended and kept away from children, pets, open flames, and excessive heat.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
