Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy – Select Scent Studio

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, all sales are final once a decant has been opened or used. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Lost packages: If your package is lost in transit, reach out and we'll work with you to resolve it.
